We searched for the perfect 55+ community in the Charlotte Area. We picked Sage Highland Creek as our number one choice. Danielle is super professional and helped guide us in getting set up in our new home. We are excited to experience all the wonderful activities here and look forward to meeting new friends at the Sage Highland Creek. Everyone we have met so far is very friendly. The complex is beautiful and well-cared-for by the staff. We recommend the Sage Highland Creek to anyone who is looking for the perfect 55+ community in the Charlotte Area.

We have been truly over joyed with our move here. Selling your home and coming to an over 55 community is a big step. But the staff made our move the most wonderful experience. The people here are overwhelmingly a pleasure to be around and the community is very welcoming! This has been the best move and decision we have made. There are so many wonderful events provided by the Sage, just beautifully done and there are so many activities here to enjoy. I am so grateful to have found this welcoming home. I have to say, everyone is so very helpful and it’s one of my best decisions in life so far!

After searching for over a year in various 55+ and CCRC communities in Charlotte we found Sage. We visited 3 times and each time we were met by friendly people and professional management. After living here for a year, we feel blessed to have found such a welcoming, supportive and fund community. We love the many engaging activities and believe they and the exercise classes enhance our lives. We will renew our lease.

I moved into my apartment in November of 2020. I have loved living here ever since. I have made many friends. Many of the residents are very welcoming. We have many activities and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I’ve visited a few other 55+ communities, and while one was a close option, SAGE truly offered the best “community life” with such a clean & welcoming atmosphere! And I must say, Danielle is definitely an asset to your team. Her bubbly personality and charm—along with her genuine concern and ability to ask all the right questions—absolutely sealed the deal!

I have lived at Sage at Highland Creek for 1 1/2 years. I the activities offered to the residents are phenomenal. In addition, the management has been very helpful. Christine is always available and very helpful when needed.

What a fun place! Lots of activities to choose from including blackjack, mahjong, bid whist, Mexican train, hand and foot, poker and many other table games. Tonight was our Luau Night and we all had a great time dancing, learning the hula and plenty of excellent food. Christine was busy, setting up, calling tables and serving food but still found time to dance and chat with the residents. We Sage residents are so fortunate to live in this spotlessly clean building (thank you Mike and TJ) and have such a caring management team. I have been at Sage for 4+ years and couldn’t be happier.

Sage has impressed us with the flexibility of doing your own scheduling as to what your heart tells you if you feel up to the task.You can participate or not. There are so many activities , you will find it difficult, not to join in with so many friendly individuals. I would simply say, TRY IT YOU WILL LOVE IT. THIS PLACE , SAGE.♥️

I love living here at SAGE Highland Creek! I just renewed my lease. The apartment is fabulous and spacious. Christine the manager, goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. Her dedication and care for the community members really make it difference. I highly recommend the community.

I took my mom and her friend for a tour at Sage. We all felt like it was the right place so they said yes to a 2 bedroom unit with wrap around balcony. Christine met with us afterwards and was equally welcoming, patient and supportive! I know that my mom and her friend will be very happy to enjoy the spacious club house and inviting pool area with seating, decking, grills and party lights. It’s located just 3 miles from my home within the Highland Creek community, which makes it very convenient for me to assist them as needed. We’re all looking forward to making new friends while living at Sage Highland Creek.

It is a great place to live. It's clean. low noise. swimming pool; clubhouse gatherings and activities. It is a place where we gather for potluck meetings, then staff host various meeting with good food, music, dancing, playing cards, exercising, arts & crafts and monthly celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations or life events, etc. This is a hard place to be lonely where there are great neighbors who look out for one another; there is always something happening to benefit the community. Staff & maintenance are good people who listen, make sure we are ok and always willing to help.
